Got another blister while trying to manoeuvre my chicken fillet in the tiny oven.
Sian!
Cooking is fun but not when i burn myself once in awhile.

When is out ignition switch for the stove be coming?
I feel so handicapped without my favourite griller and huge oven!
Thank goodness, today's meal turned out to be nice.

Oven griled chicken fillet, cheese mashed potatoes (yea, made from scratch, impressive rite? muahhahaa), cauliflower with carrots.
I realised i have a speciality.. Western meals and specifically with chicken! Not tt i want to specialise but i seem to be able to cook it better than other kind of meat/ vege. haha.. beats me!
