i smiled at 5:02 PM.

It is only the 3rd day of the week and i am already shagged out!!!

Today, we went to one of the rehab hospital for our spinal workshop.

Lectures were alright but i was doozing off half of the time.

Trying really hard to act as if i was reading with my head down but was caught by a friend.

Oppzz.. i shall try to be more discreet next time. muahahaha..

During lunch time, i was having alittle stomach cramp therefore borrowed some money from mel to grab a cup of hot choco (You know what, i forgot to bring out my wallet. Not very surprising, rite? Heh!). I dropped in 2 buckz and the machine started spilling out the water .. and i realised... Oohh, i had to place the cup manually there .. n by the time i placed it, it was half filled at the end of the session and it looked diluted! Nevermind.. what was worse, there were no change out from the machine. Ohoh.. "Put in EXACT CHANGE" This sucky diluted hot choco cost me 70 cents more. *sobsob* Bully me when i am still in drowsy mood! MEANIE MACHINE!!!!

Luckily the second part of the day was fun.

We had practical session with a real spinal cord patient. He is currently representing aussie for paralympics wheelchair rugby and he drives. I am utterly amazed by how motivated he is and that his improvement and daily functions are superb for a C5-7 spinal cord injury! Whoo..

It is our pleasure to have met him and to hear his experiences and how he cope with life.

There is a will, there is a way.. Life is short, live your everyday as if it is the last!

Next, we had a wheelchair obstacle course.

It aint easy!

I was panting and perspiring and that my arms were alittle sore after the whole session.

HEAPS FUN!!!!

I really admire those wheelchair sports men.

After the whole day, i have decided to volunteer myself for Special olympic or Paralympic next year or so. It will be a life time experience!!! That is if i am back in singapore to work.

My plan is still fluid.. shall wait and see..

Last but not least,

I would like to show you my magic wishing bottle.

I have it on my table and when i have a wish, i will write it in a paper, roll it and drop it inside the bottle.

Today, i decorated it with white and yellow daisy and a orangie pink rose.

I have another one in my singapore home. that bottle is amazing. Whatever wishes i had, most came true but i couldnt bring it over. Afraid that it would break and my heart would shatter together with it. hahahaa...
