I have gotten my clinical evaluation. I was expecting to score better but..*shakes head* Well, my clinical Educator Rachel said something really sweet to me.." I understand that you are from overseas and have not been in the system and it takes time to adapt and we are looking at the whole 6 weeks performance. I am sure you can hit Distinction easily if you are to stay for a few weeks more and i have seen your drastic improvement for the past one week. I can imagine you as a manager managing the whole physiotherapy department in your future because you have this special confident in you and seeing that people respect you for what you have said and done." Gosh.. I cant believe what i have heard.. I was so touched that i nearly went into tears. It's just pleasing to hear how people appreciate you for your effort and kinda encourage you along the way to be better..
Indeed.. i walk out the clinic as a more confident and skilful Physio and knowing.. yea.. i do have my capability! *GRIN* And i will not allow anyone to look down on me..*Lenia holds her head up high* Tt's the way, ger~
