My Sweet and Sour chicken turned out to be

I have hope in cooking! muahaha..
This ger here was panicking at 5pm.
Was looking high and low for sweet and sour chicken recipe.
hhahaa.. I went to ask people online.
Ian's answer is always very classic! "hahha.. use your
FEELING"
I quickly googled online and found the recipe.
Was freaking out when i did not have corn starch but corn flour.
muahaha.. was wondering if they were the same thing but ian said he reckon not and corn starch is the "gluey gluey" kind.
*nodnod* Remembered! That was the gluey gluey thing that mama used to starch my NCC clothes and it became super stiff. muahaha..
It didnt help when i had invited Wanning over for dinner. *Panick*
Luckily, my babe sis was online. I quickly got her and asked for recipe.
But she gave me the ingredients but not on how much to put etc.
DArn! Must use the 'Agar-ration" theory again!
Grr.. *Cold sweat*
By the time i had gotten hold on the recipe, it was already 5.35pm.
Oppz.. changed to my running gear and ran to town to pick Wanning up from her house and both of us had a stroll back to my house.
It took me 15 mins to run to town and 30mins to walk from town to home.
Not too bad, right? Had my small dose of exercise and that made me feel HEAPS GOOD!
Muahhaa..
Took nearly 2 hours to prepare and cook my dinner. 1hr to wash up!
But it's all worthed it!
Thank goodness, it turned out to be good.*Smirk*
Hubby would love me lots! haha.. He wont go hungry again!
I am starting to love cooking.. especially for my special one.
You will really feel 辛福 when people appreciate your cooking and your effort.
My next aim is to cook curry chicken!!!
