Making Tang Yuan..

"It's quite simple, glutinous rice flour and add water slowly and mix until it's a lil doughy

pinch it off, flatten it and add filling (whichever type you want) in a ball-shape

then wrap the tang yuan skin around it and roll into a ball
throw into a pot of boiling water and wait till it floats

when it floats, it's cooked! voila!"

haha.. this cute friend of mine actually asked me to go one step further after reading yesterday's entry of my tang yuan soup.
Muahaha, so ke3 ai4.. I would try it someday. haha..
